They easily slip onto the base, securely fix in a stable position, and do not dirty it. After the procedure, the file is removed and disposed of, and the base remains clean.

The soft layer between the abrasive and the base cushions and conforms to the curve of the nail, so the file fits evenly against the surface. Filing becomes softer and more controlled, while the risk of cuts and overheating is reduced. The 150 grit abrasiveness is suitable for length removal and rough work on the shape of an artificial nail.
