1. Shipping within Ukraine

We work on a full prepayment or cash on delivery basis.

After your order is confirmed by a manager, the items are reserved for you for 5 working hours.

Shipping within Ukraine:

— Payment before 14:00 — Same-day dispatch;

— Payment after 14:00 — Next-day dispatch.

After payment, please send a photo of the receipt or a screenshot with the amount to the manager for quick payment confirmation.

2. Order Payment

We accept payments using the processing solutions of the payment institution LLC "EUROPEAN PAYMENT SYSTEM" (EDRPOU code 39269220).

  • Payment is made via the link using Apple Pay or Google Pay;
  • Nova Poshta cash on delivery;
  • Payment by bank details (to IBAN current account);
  • Payment based on invoice (For legal entities and sole proprietors/FOP).

3. International Shipping Terms

International orders are dispatched 2–3 times a week.

The delivery time is set by the carrier. The seller can only indicate the estimated transit times, namely:

  • Uкрposhta — Delivery time 30–90 days.
  • GlobalPost — Delivery time 25–40 days.
  • Nova Poshta — Delivery time 5–12 days.

Alcohol-based solutions are not shipped via Ukrposhta and GlobalPost. Oils and creams are allowed up to 250 ml.

Lamps and liquids are shipped in separate parcels via GlobalPost.

4. How International Shipping Costs Are Calculated

The delivery cost is not calculated automatically during checkout in the online store, as it depends on the actual weight and dimensions of the package.

  1. You place and pay for the order in the online store.
  2. We collect and pack the order.
  3. After packaging, we determine the actual weight and dimensions of the parcel and calculate the delivery cost according to the rates of the chosen carrier.
  4. The manager informs you of the actual delivery cost.
  5. You pay for the delivery separately, after which we hand over the order for dispatch.

Customs duties and taxes in the recipient's country, if applicable, are paid by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days if the product has not been opened and retains its commercial appearance.

Bits and instruments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Defect cases are reviewed individually.

6. Pickup

There is no offline pickup in Kyiv. Orders in Kyiv and the region are shipped via Nova Poshta.

7. Tracking and Support

After dispatch, you will receive tracking information for your parcel.
