DARK Starter Kit

STANDART DARK Starter Set is designed for novice technicians who want to get the most popular materials in one set.

It includes top brand positions as well as hard materials to help the technician choose at the beginning of their journey.

The set includes:

• DARK Top no wipe, 6 ml - Finishing top coat;
• DARK Scotch base, 6 ml - Base coat for material-to-nail adhesion;
• Dark Night Top, 10 ml, 1 pc - Transparent glossy top coat with shimmer;
• DARK PRO base 02, 15 ml, 1 pc - Low-acid camouflaging base in a milky shade;
• DARK PRO base 46, 15 ml, 1 pc - Low-acid camouflaging base in a beige shade;
• DARK PolyGel 01 (in a tube), 30 ml - Material for shape correction, "plasticine" consistency;
• Dark gel polish 001, 042, 003, 6 ml - Pigmented colored gel polish;
• Dark Dehydrator 10 ml, 1 pc - Nail degreasing liquid;
• Dark Ultrabond 10 ml, 1 pc - Liquid to improve adhesion between the base and the nail;
• DARK PHOTOSHOP Dry Cuticle Oil, 10 ml;
• Dark Cuticle Remover, 10 ml;
• DARK Double-Sided Matte Black Brush (liner 10 mm, gel 12 mm);
• DARK Medium Gel №37, 15 ml (without brush) - Fluid gel for strengthening short nails;
• DARK Smart Builder Gel 12, 15 ml - Medium-consistency gel for strengthening and nail extension.

How to use:

1. Perform a manicure, buff, degrease the nail, apply Ultrabond and Dehydrator;
2. Apply a thin layer of transparent base SCOTCH BASE as a slip layer for better adhesion
   - this is important because adhesion with natural nails requires a medium-acid base; remember that a medium-acid base should not be used for leveling, only a thin layer, to avoid chemical burns;
3. Choose the material to work with:
   • PRO BASE Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE. Layer thickness should not exceed 0.7 mm. Polymerization time is 60-90 seconds at 48 W;
   • GEL POLISH Apply a thin or leveling layer of DARK PRO BASE or hard material. Coat with colored gel polish in 1 or 2 layers;
   • DARK SMART BUILDER or MEDIUM GEL or POLYGEL
     • Remove the sticky layer from the base;
     • Perform nail strengthening or modeling;
     • There should be a smooth transition at the cuticle without a thick layer;
     • For nails without length, it is recommended to work using the "rims" technique so the free edge is not too thin;
     • Recommended edge thickness is 0.7 mm;
     • IF YOU ARE DOING strengthening - be sure to file out your natural nail by at least 1 mm from underneath to prevent lifting at the free edge;
     • File the nails if necessary.

• Coat nails with DARK TOP NO WIPE, cure for 90 seconds.
• Apply cuticle oil to moisturize the skin.
